About

Hello there and welcome to Carlowens.info! I am a young energetic web developer looking expand my portfolio of web sites. I am from the city of Liverpool, however I am able work work pretty much anywhere. I enjoy the usual things people enjoy such as socialising etc... however I also enjoy cycling, mountain walking, Taekwondo and traveling.

Purpose

The purpose this site exists is for you to see my current level of web work as well as show you some information about what kind of person I am. I also have another website setup called Weblamp (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) to promote my own work.

Skills

Currently the web skills I use are PHP, XHTML, CSS, MySQL, Flash, Photoshop and Javascript. I write all my code to W3C standards as well as use Object Orientated code when writing in PHP. I also have knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing).
